- ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 + ¾ cups smooth peanut butter, divided
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla bean paste
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 + ½ tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. xanthan gum
- ¾ cup milk chocolate chips
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- Sprinkles, for garnish
